Chloe Rhodes

Head of Haus Sales & Lettings

I joined Haus Sales + Lettings in December 2017 following many years working for well- known corporate estate agents in both North and West Yorkshire. I am level 3 qualified in letting and property management (ARLA) after successfully completing (and passing) 4 industry exams. I have vast experience as an estate agent, especially in residential investment and development. Always here to help be it, property sourcing for investors, portfolio advice, valuations or everything between/behind the scenes. Every one of our team members has years of experience in the West Yorkshire property market and are committed to giving our customers the best service. Our team is great and I'm proud of what we've all achieved together. When I am not in the office you will usually find me on a long country walk or out for dinner with family and friends.

Steph Conroy

Valuation and Compliance Manager

I have been at Haus Sales + Lettings since January 2018 following many years of customer service. At Haus, I love helping people during one of the most exciting and meaningful experiences of their lives. My role is varied and fast-paced, we are incredibly proactive and keen to keep every client as happy as possible, during what could be a stressful time. Whether you’re buying, selling, letting or renting through Haus Sales + Lettings, you’ll see me at viewings and then progressing the sale or let through to the end and congratulating you on the day you get the keys to your new home or investment. I am also Level 3 qualified in Letting and Property Management after passing 4 industry exams. When I’m not in the office, I like to unwind with a glass of wine at home, walking the dog or knocking down a wall at my new renovation project.

Becky Whitaker

New Business Co-ordinator

I joined Haus Sales & Lettings in November 2019 part-time whilst completing my Masters at Manchester Met. Since completing my Masters with a first, I am now working at Haus full time. My role as New Business Co-ordinator involves liaising with our landlords and/or sellers, keeping them up to date with everything behind the scenes as well as meeting landlords and/or sellers at new properties preparing adverts, conducting 3D virtual tours, meeting tenants and/or buyers at properties at viewings and guiding landlords through the rental process. The most rewarding part of my job is seeing the whole cycle from speaking to the landlord, arrange the valuation, the landlord passing me the keys for a new property at the take on appointment through to handing those keys over the tenant on the move in day. When I am not in the office, I like to spend time with family and enjoy a spa day with a few glasses of fizz!

Holly Charlton

Lettings Negotiator

I joined Haus Sales and Lettings in August 2019 as front of house receptionist after completing my degree in Business Management at Leeds Beckett University and in April 2021 I gained a promtion to Lettings Negotiator.

I enjoy my job here at haus as it involves communicating with different clients on a daily basis, no day is the same however it is all about organization and co-ordination. You will see me at properties conducting viewings or in branch, preparing everything from your rental application to key collection on your move in day.

When I am not working I love socialising with friend at a bottomless brunch or walking nige (the dog.)

Alex Wilson

Social Media Marketing Coordinator

In November 2020 I joined the Haus family as the Social Media Marketing Coordinator, I absolutely love my role because I get to be creative whilst working with all offices. From filming properties to taking photos, to creating content and arranging competitions, no day is the same. When I am not working you will find me cheerleading to the stands at Rugby games across the UK.

Kennedy McPhee

Negotiator

I am the newest member at Haus Sales + Lettings, joining in May 2021 after working many years in hospitality. My role as lettings negotiator involves liaising with our landlords and keeping them up to date with everything behind the scenes as well as meeting tenants at viewings, guiding them through the rental process and helping them find their perfect home. I enjoy the fast paced environment and always being busy, no two days are the same and it is very rewarding handing the keys over at the end and congratulating the clients on there new adventure. When I'm not in the office my favourite things to do are going for cocktails and food with the girls, having a good pamper and spa day, aswell as chilling out with my family and walking our dog Hugo.
